Eligibility: Students must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
Registration: All students must complete a registration form and sign a liability waiver before participating in any physical activity at the studio.
Conduct: Desafio Dance Company is committed to a respectful, inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to others.
Payment: All classes, workshops, and memberships must be paid for in advance via our website, ClassPass, or in-person at the studio.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, unused class packages, or memberships.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before the class starts to retain your class credit. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the loss of the class credit.
Studio Cancellations: In the event that Desafio Dance Company cancels a class due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued to your account.
Assumption of Risk: Dance is a physical activity that involves the risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer.
Health Condition: You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation in dance classes.
Waiver: You release Desafio Dance Company, its directors (Luis and Jess), instructors, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of your participation in studio activities.
Desafio Dance Company frequently records classes and performances for promotional purposes on social media and our website.
By attending a class, you grant Desafio Dance Company the right to use your image and likeness in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and choreography taught in class, is the property of Desafio Dance Company and is protected by copyright laws. You may not record full class choreographies for commercial use or distribution without express written permission.
Our website may link to third-party services (such as ClassPass or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, CA.
Desafio Dance Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the studio or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
